TH37-50钢管水压试验机 该机适合小口径钢管水压试验,它由前后密封头、止退油缸、无障碍轨道拉力梁、夹管机构、动力站、增压系统等组成。 前密封头组安装在固定座上,固定座与拉力梁相连;后密封头组安装在小车上,小车可在拉力梁上从头至尾移动,小车与拉力梁用销定位;夹管机构也用销与拉力梁定位,数量可增减;试压时,钢管进入夹管机内并夹紧,前后密封头顶出各套住钢管的一端,在使用大间隙密封圈时先给密封圈加压使其抱紧钢管,再给钢管注水加压,当使用U型密封圈时钢管套入密封头后可直接注水加压。后密封头的顶出和定位由液压伺服系统控制,可定位在任意位置,适合不同长度的钢管试压。试压过程由电脑控制,试压曲线及相关数据自动保存数据库中,以备查阅。 最大承载力:500KN 最大试压力:37Mpa 钢管管径:Φ16—Φ114mm 钢管长度:≥2m(最大长度不限) 钢管长度偏差:±250mm TH37-50 steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine The machine is designed for small-diameter steel pipe pressure testing, which consists of front-end and rear-end sealing head groups, retrogress-protected cylinder, barrier-free track tension beams, pipe clamping brackets, power station, boost pump system, and etc. Front-end sealing head group is mounted on the fixed support that is connected to the tension beams; rear-end sealing head group is mounted on a small cart that can be moving back-and-forth on the tension beams. The small cart is positioned on the tension beams by pins; pipe clamping brackets whose number may increase or decrease are also positioned on the tension beams by pins. During the pressure testing process, pipe clamping brackets tightly hold steel pipe, front-end and rear-end sealing heads eject and trap the two ends of the pipe respectively. When using the large-gap seal ring, first it needs to be pressurized for clasping the pipe firmly, and then water is fed into the pipe and pressurized. If using the U-type seal ring, after the pipe is trapped in, water can be directly fed into the pipe and pressurized. The ejection and positioning of rear-end sealing head is controlled by the hydraulic servo system, it can be positioned at any location within the stroke range of the cylinder, and it is suitable for pressure testing of steel pipes with different lengths. The entire process of pressure testing is controlled by a computer system. Pressure curves and related data are automatically recorded in a database for further analysis.
